general
➤ We are 2 admins (R/N) and Rodia is a combination of those 2 names.
➤ We speak dutch, english and slovak (R).
➤ We are NOT responsible for damaged/lost mail
➤ We don't have fixed mail days, just asap.
➤ Holds only when negotiated! After 48 hours without a reply, your claim will be up again.
➤ We are very understanding people, but do not try to fool us. We are not dumb.
➤ Stay respectful. We are only humans too, trying to help people with their collection. It's not difficult to respond normally.
➤ If you have any questions, feel uncomfortable with our communication or anything else, don't hesitate to send us a message :)
sales/trades
➤ We send worldwide! Trades are EU preferred.
➤ We send proof of:
- the item (with flash)
- item claims
- packaging/address confirmation
- sending out.
➤ We pack in a sleeve and toploader, for bigger items cardboard/bubblewrap.
➤ We charge a packaging fee of €0,50 per toploader (max. 3 pcs). For bigger GO's, the fees will be discussed and provided in the gc as result of needing more materials!
➤ If you have less than 15 clickable proofs we pls ask you kindly to send out first :)
➤ When items arrive damaged because of our packing (unboxing video/detailed picture proof needed) refund of 50% from the initial price of the item will be granted!’!! Please provide us with arrival proof, as we appreciate knowing if it had gotten to you !!
GO
➤ Make sure to READ OUR CAPTIONS correctly before joining our GO.
➤ We do NOT accept backouts unless you've found a replacement or stated otherwise in the caption.
➤ PLEASE do not join our go if you're not 100% sure you're able to pay the right amount.
➤ Without consultation, every day after payment deadline is €1 fee, so be ready to pay when we ask you to.This might seem a bit harsh, but we're done missing our seller's deadlines, cancelling go's or having to pay lots of money in advance because people don't pay on time :(➤ Make sure we are able to dm you and add you to groupchats AT ALL TIMES! You have a high risk of losing your claim if you have this turned off since it’s your own responsibility to be sure we can get in contact with you.
➤ READ THE INFO SENT IN THE GC! Only put what we ask you to in the description when paying, as we don't want our money accounts banned.
➤ ALWAYS check your claims and total in the masterlist before paying! We double check everything but it could happen that either we or you made a mistake.
➤ If you don't respond within a week for doms, we are allowed to put your claim(s) ufs without refunding nor consulting you about it (we always provide reminders in the gc/private). We are not a warehouse for your items!
➤ NO REFUNDS if it turns out we got scammed. We (the goms) got scammed too, so we’re not responsible for any lost money. Joining GOs is at your own risk. We check every seller‘s trustworthiness, but the possibility is always there.
➤ COMMUNICATION IS KEY!
➤ Any violation of these rules can result in being put on a blacklist, which means you will not be allowed to join any of our future go's.
➤ The same overlaps with sales info!

Please don't take it personally if we leave you on read after you've send us a dm. This account has 2 admins, meaning that not all dms are applicable for both of us. When one of us opens a dm and sees that it's not meant for them, we put the chat on 'unread' and notify the other admin. When we do this is shows to you that we've let you on seen, but that's not the case :)

We have been saying this many times as we've gotten tons of dms, repeatedly with the same problem. READ OUR DESCRIPTIONS!!!
We put what we're looking for exactly in the description, even put e.g. 'equivalents ONLY' and even between '❗❗' right underneath it?! What makes one think to ask for cross trades or no equivalent trades when we specifically ask for equivalents ONLY.WE WILL IGNORE YOU WITHOUT FURTHER RESPONSE
If you offer something else other than what's stated in the description, which we thought was already very clear.

Here is a quick guide/tutorial about ktwt.
Ktwt (Korean twitter) is just twitter, but where Koreans mainly post their photocards/sets to sell (basically just what we do on Instagram).
To find the cards that you want, it's important to know what you're exactly looking for.Search examples:
'member name' + 양도 (e.g. Jungwon 양도)
'group name' + 양도 (e.g. Enhypen 양도)
^ just like wts ^'member name' + 일괄 양도 (e.g. Jimin 일괄 양도)
'group name' + 일괄 양도 (e.g. BTS 일괄 양도)
